Order Acceptance
All orders placed by the buyer by whatever means shall be deemed to
constitute an offer by the buyer to enter into a contract on these
conditions. The acceptance of this offer shall be by our fulfilling the
order.
Payments
Payment for the goods, carriage and any taxes will be in Pounds
Sterling. A deposit of 20% is to be made when the order is placed with
the balance to be paid at time of delivery.
Payment Methods: UK Mainland
If the deposit was made by credit card, the balance will be taken from
the same credit card number at the time of delivery. If deposit was paid
by cheque, then the balance must be paid by cheque on delivery.

World-wide
Full payment must be made before shipment.
Order Confirmation
An order confirmation/invoice will be sent to you by the postal service,
please read it carefully to ensure all the details are correct.
Delivery
Delivery times will vary according to stock availability and time of
year. Approximate delivery times will be given on the order
confirmation. We will do our very best to adhere to our approximation,
but it does not form part of the contract of sale. You will be contacted
2-5 days before delivery to confirm the date and approximate time of
your delivery.
Delivery Charges
An individual quotation will be supplied, based on the volume and size
of the goods.
VAT
All the prices shown on this site INCLUDE VAT unless otherwise stated.
General
We reserve the right to alter the specifications at any time, without
prior notice.
The colours of the furniture may not exactly match those shown on this
web site.
If you so wish, Fabric, Leather and Wood samples are available on
request.
For reproduction furniture, colour matching of pieces to individual
requirements can usually be undertaken at a surcharge of 10%.
Prices are subject to change at any time.
The words Mahogany, Yew, Cherry and Oak do not indicate that only
these woods have been used. They indicate veneers and finishes unless
otherwise stated.
The measurements indicated are approximate and may change as
manufacturers' specifications alter. They should be confirmed if they
are critical to any room arrangement.
Availability and quality considerations may make it necessary for us to
change the sources of supply of any item and this may affect price and
dimensions.
All items shown are available at this time, you will be notified if this
position changes.

We will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the contents
